We believe in Futbol For All

Toronto Futbol Athletic Advancement (TFAA) is a soccer academy and recreational sports league in downtown Toronto. Established in 2018, TFAA has provided the Regent Park Community soccer programming for all ages and wages. Our initiative has provided top-tier competitive soccer training programs that were not accessible to minorities, at-risk youth or low-income residents in the area

Today, TFAA is focused on expanding on the model that has brought the sport of soccer to many in Toronto’s downtown core. We have provided a variety of programs from after-school youth training to private 1-on-1 sessions. Having trained and played nationally and internationally our team of coaches offer training of professional pedigree.

Adam Abouali

Boys Program – Technical Director

Adam has played football on either side of the Atlantic Ocean in Canada, France or Spain his whole life. When he was ready to transition into coaching, he came to TFAA. Here he supports the team as a Technical Director. So far, he has been instrumental in the youth 6y-12y program. His duties also include coordinating staff and preparing the seasons' training modules. Finally, he attends, leads and demonstrates sessions for junior coaches.

Amani

Girls Program – Technical Director

Amani has played soccer for her entire life. As a woman, Amani understands that making waves in the sport of football can be an uphill battle for women. There is not enough infrastructure or support to help young women reach their full potential. This is why Amani has dedicated herself to her combining her love for community with her passion for soccer. Amani leads our team in developing a program that brings affordable soccer training for young girls throughout the downtown Toronto area. As the Director of the Girls' Soccer Program at TFAA, Amani strives to create more spaces for girls and women to enjoy the beautiful game unapologetically.
