Frequently Asked Questions
The TFAA Ignite Program is a high-performance youth development program built for players who want to grow their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Ignite provides a positive, structured environment with a strong focus on long-term development, helping athletes prepare for the next level both on and off the field.
Ignite is open to motivated youth players who are committed to learning and consistent training. Placement is typically based on age group and basic skill level, with assessments used when needed to ensure players train in the right environment.
Ignite sits between recreational soccer and higher-level competitive pathways. It is more structured and development-focused than recreational programs while remaining supportive and accessible. Players receive intentional technical training, tactical learning, and personal development to support steady growth.
Training takes place multiple times per week. Sessions typically run between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the player’s age group and stage of development.
The total program cost is $550. This includes uniforms, coaching, and program fees that cover training delivery, facility usage, administration, and overall operations. Payment plans are available to support families who prefer to pay in installments.
The program fee covers coaching, training sessions, facilities, and uniforms. Additional personal items such as cleats or extra equipment are not included.
Players will build strong technical foundations including ball control, passing, dribbling, shooting, and first touch. Sessions also emphasize tactical awareness, decision-making, teamwork, discipline, and confidence.
Ignite coaches are qualified, experienced, and passionate about youth development. They are trained to create a safe, positive, and challenging learning environment while supporting each player’s individual progress.
Coaches continuously assess player development throughout the season, focusing on technical growth, effort, attitude, and overall improvement. Progress is evaluated during training and game-based activities.
